Wow, Here we go again... This lady wants to put more regulations on paintball guns... Story goes her son took of his mask during a break and was accidentally shot causing him to lose his eyesight. (in right eye) I honestly think the news cast make the sport seem a lot worse then it is saying very degrading to our sport. What are your thoughts?

To me the guy at the proshop clears it all up... everything can be dangerous if not used properly.. its not the sports fault that the gun went off.. theres tons of saftey regs do to paintball.. that mother should be mad at the person who didn't secure the gun safely not at the industry, I feel for her pain but i still feel that she is taking this the wrong way...Agree?... Disagree?

Agree. We see the same thing in firearms daily. People hate guns and hate the firearms industry when it is not the gun out committing crimes or shooting people. In fact, last time I checked firearms and paintball markers are inanimate objects meaning that they are incapable of action. Interesting hunh.

well first how bout that gun on the report haha and second a pellet if they are going to insult the sport they could try and use the right terms and third i agree just like larrty the cable guy says guns dont kill people husbands who come home early do ok well the second part has nothing to do with this but still the kid that shot was the ones we yell at daily to keep barrel plugs in and masks on. and i agree fully with that store owner everythings dangerous if the mom gets that bill passed then we should come up with something to put more on cars or living for that matter haha well those were my thoughts kinda long but hey who cares oh and i dont think the kid who got shot watched the christmas story.

Honestly im just tired of all the bad rep, Theres never a report on how good the sport is.. and how its a good team building experience.. they dont mention that countless companies, small businesses use the sport as a team building experience for there staff, yet the field i used to ref for back in Toronto used to have these sessions all the time.. but then again its the news so whens anything ever good on it...
