*just because the enemy cant see you doesn't mean they cant hit you. they can fire randomly in your general area and you can still get hit. *slow is smooth, smooth is quick. an old Close quarters adage works with camo as well. *solid colors don't work very well in many environments. *Most Camo usually only works in 1 type of environment. i.e. woodland = woods, desert = desert, ACU = couch (PM me if you don't understand) *the only REAL camo that works in a number of different environments is Multicam (PM me for details) *Camouflage is designed to break up the silhouette of a stationary human being at a glance. So If your running thru the woods, then it doesn't help. the eye is attracted to movement and shiny things. *hunting camo works fine. but only for a very slim amount of environment. like in a tree at fall time.. whereas military camo uses blotches and streaks etc. to give it a wider time. *balance colors for the time of year i.e. more browns for fall, more greens for summer *black is not a naturally occurring color in nature. *there are no straight lines in nature. those are my quick notes on camouflage and concealment. I could prolly teach a class if i wanted to
